ASAS Architectural Design Department edge can be summarized by a simple statement “Value through Design” we interpret this statement through the following actions;

· Creating designs that are in a way suitable for our
current time; namely contemporary in terms of needs,
form, use, and materials yet addressing our
sophisticated heritage and culture. The outcome
of this process is the undertone of our projects,
that varies in its details from one project to another
according to its circumstances, environment and
client needs,

· Acquiring updated softwares, managerial structures, and techniques that help in investigating the design from different aspects namely; form, cost, environmental impact, and\or function, thus delivering fast and deliberate studies for our designs,

· Collaborating with skilled and experienced offices and personnel in the Architectural field and other supplementary design fields, hence adding to the value of each project at hand,

· Developing and maintaining a systematic approach and frame work that guides us through office operation in technical and managerial , to help in delivering accurate and clear results to clients, and in time building our QA and QC systems,

· Abiding to the international and national codes and standards, local ordinances governing the design and construction process whenever applicable or required, to help protect people and property by creating safe and healthy living environment people can enjoy using and interacting with,

· Recognizing the excellence of many of our peers in the field, and molding that respect into partnerships that could in turn enrich the project at hand.
